Provider biography
Sarah Ann Lanier, MSN, FNP-C earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samford University in 2012 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Samford University in 2015. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she cared for patients as a cardiothoracic nurse at UAB Hospital, where she developed a strong clinical foundation caring for patients with complex needs.

That broad background allows her to bring both thoughtful clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach to every evaluation.

Provider-led care first
Patients deserve more than a templated wellness experience. At Foundation Wellness and Hormones, the provider visit is designed to review what has changed, what the patient is experiencing, what lab work shows and which next steps make sense. That process helps connect symptoms, eligibility, treatment options and follow-up into a plan that feels measured rather than generic.
Clinical approach
Good care should be personal, practical and grounded in real patient context. Symptoms matter, but symptoms alone are not enough. Labs matter, but lab values are not the whole picture. Progress matters, which is why follow-up remains part of the care process after treatment begins.
What new patients can expect
During the evaluation, patients can expect discussion around symptoms, goals, relevant health history and the type of care they are seeking.
Depending on the situation, the visit may include lab review, eligibility discussion and whether treatment is appropriate.
The goal is to understand fit, explain options clearly and create a plan that matches the patient's real needs.
How recommendations are made
Recommendations are made by looking at symptoms, patient goals, safety considerations, lab findings where appropriate and how progress will be monitored if care begins. A provider-led process helps patients understand not only what may help, but why a recommendation is being made.
Services
Foundation Wellness and Hormones offers provider-led care in several core treatment areas.
Local care
Patients in Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell and nearby communities often want care that feels more accountable than a national online funnel. A local clinic offers more continuity, clearer communication and a patient experience built around actual follow-up rather than transaction-first marketing.
New patients by appointment
If you are exploring testosterone therapy, GLP-1 weight loss, peptide therapy or IV hydration, the first step is a provider evaluation built around clarity and fit.
